The Whistletyne Kennel is situated on the Northumberland and Cumbria border, in Hadrian's Wall country, where our labradors enjoy the most beautiful scenery and lots of space in which to run and play. All of our dogs are first and foremost family pets, they are fit and healthy and very much part of our life. My interests are showing and breeding and what started 20 years ago with my first pet labrador, has now become an all consuming passion to live and work with this most intelligent and faithful breed.

 I take full advantage of all the health screening tests now made available including, annual eye testing, DNA Optigen PRA testing, Hip and elbow scoring. Individual results are listed on each dogs page.
